BrightText

BrightText technology creates dynamic, multi-branching text for everything from e-mail and business and personal letters, to legal, educational, government, law enforcement, and corporate documents. It can be configured to allow total control (by managers or teachers) while offering endless flexibility (to end users, students, employees, or organization members). To paraphrase Winston Churchill: “Never before in the history of mankind have so many been able to say so much, so well, so quickly.”

BrightText has used by national organizations such as the National Wildlife Federation and American Rivers to dynamically generate millions of versions of any written text. It has also been used in the corporate environment to provide letter and document templates which are (paradoxically) incredibly flexible while narrowly defined. Certain phrases, and both the tone and content of the document, can be controlled at the touch of a button, or modified by the use of a slider. The politeness or severity of a warning letter, for instance, can be modulated with much greater precision, and much faster, than has been possible up to now.

Because BrightText is both web-based and XML-enabled, it fits seamlessly into tool suites of virtually any stripe. A program or site which requires the entering or retrieval of information can benefit from the addition of BrightText. In all such programs, the 'customization' of the narrative or description consists of a blank text area, or a blank page. BrightText slides neatly into such systems by magically removing the blank sheet and filling it with clearly expressed and impeccably written text. Such text can be pasted into a partner's program via the clipboard; it can be output as a Word Processing document; or it can be automatically loaded into an email program. The time- and cost-savings are substantial to any organization; as are the time- and effort-savings to employees.
